School Programs - Virtual & Hybrid
We have already developed and are continuing to develop programs listed below that can be presented virtually or through a hybrid method. Depending on the program, teachers have several options on how these programs can be presented to students:
Please email Pickaway SWCD Educator, Katerina, at katerina-sharp@pickawayswcd.org or call the office at 740-477-1693 to set up a program and/or to discuss presentation options. Many of the lessons and activities are housed on Google Drive, so are easy to share with teachers upon request.
We will continue to update this page as new virtual programs are created. Please keep an eye out for them!
- Students can complete the program entirely on their own from home or in a classroom.
- Katerina can Zoom (or use another method to talk) with the teacher and class. This can be done from home or school. If at home there will be built in activities online. If at school the teacher will be in charge of overseeing the activities, which can be sent electronically or dropped off at the schools after hours.
- Students can do part of the program at home and part at school.
- If an activity has to be completed at school, but visitors aren't permitted in the building during school hours, Katerina can drop off and/or set up activities before or after school hours.
